Email Support (for all clients)
Any client may submit a support request exclusively via email at support@itdev.gr. Each request (ticket) is logged, prioritized, and responded to during business hours.
Telephone Communication (only for monthly support package holders)
Telephone support is available exclusively for clients who have an active monthly support package. Clients without an active package are kindly requested to contact us via email.
4. Payments & Charges
All services are invoiced based on pre-agreed terms of collaboration.
Payments can be made through the following methods:
Piraeus Bank
National Bank of Greece (NBG)
Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or termination of the service.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website (texts, images, graphics, code, logos) constitutes intellectual property of IT DEV or third parties who have granted a license for use.
