  • Recurring payment identifier (token) from Viva Wallet, stored in encrypted form (AES-256-GCM), for the purpose of monthly standing order charges

Data Protection

Standing Orders & Payment Processing

For services provided on a monthly subscription basis (standing order), we collect and process the following data:

  • Identification details: Full name, email, phone number, Tax ID -- for issuing invoices and communication
  • Payment token: An encrypted identifier (chargeToken) issued by Viva Wallet after the first authorized payment. We never store card numbers, CVV, or card details -- the card is handled exclusively by Viva Wallet
  • Payment history: Date, amount, and result of each monthly charge

The payment token is stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM and is used exclusively for the automatic monthly charge of the agreed fee. You may cancel the standing order at any time by contacting us at info@itdev.gr.

Third-party payment provider: Viva Wallet (Viva Payment Services S.A.) acts as an independent data controller for card details. Viva Wallet's privacy policy is available at vivawallet.com/privacy-policy.

Retention period: Billing and payment data is retained for 5 years in accordance with Greek tax legislation. The payment token is deleted immediately upon cancellation of the subscription.
