Spazio Renovations
Local SEO that brought Spazio to the #1 position in Google's Local Pack for home, kitchen and bathroom renovation in Piraeus, ahead of local competition.
Objective
Spazio is a space renovation company based at 59 Ypsilantou Street in Piraeus, with 25+ years of experience and a 5.0 rating on Google. In the renovation industry, competition is fierce and the customer's decision almost always starts with a Google search. The goal was to appear first when someone searches for renovation in the area.
Where We Started
In Piraeus and the surrounding areas, many contractors and renovation companies compete for the same customers. The searches we targeted were:
- home renovation piraeus
- kitchen renovation piraeus
- bathroom renovation piraeus
The goal was simple: when someone searches for renovation in Piraeus, they should see Spazio first on Google Maps.
Strategy
We focused on the Google Business Profile and the business's local presence:
- Correct service categories and complete business details (address, phone, hours) on Maps
- Photos of completed projects, reviews and regular posts
- Optimization for local searches by renovation type (home, kitchen, bathroom)
