Objective

Where We Started
In Kos, several well-established boat rental companies with hundreds of reviews compete for the same tourists. The searches we targeted were:
- boat rental kos
- rent a boat kos
- boat hire kos
The goal was clear: when a visitor searches for boat rental in Kos, in English, they should see Senor Blue on Google Maps, among the top companies on the island.
Strategy
We focused on the Google Business Profile and the business's local presence:
- Correct boat rental service category and complete business details on Maps
- Targeting English searches (boat rental, rent a boat, boat hire) to reach tourists
- Boat and excursion photos, review management and regular posts
Results
Senor Blue appears at the top of the Local Pack (Top 3) for all main boat rental searches in Kos, reaching up to #2 for "boat hire kos", among the most established companies on the island.
This means tourists find the business directly on Google Maps and book a rental, without the need for paid advertising.
