Objective

Crepaland has multiple locations in Nicosia. Crepaland Central, on Themistokli Dervi Street, had a strong reputation in the area, but wasn't consistently appearing in the Local Pack when someone searched for crepes online.

Where We Started

In Nicosia there are many crepe shops competing for the same customers. The searches we targeted were:

• crepe shop nicosia
• crepe nicosia
• crepes nicosia

The goal was simple: when someone searches for crepes in Nicosia, they should see Crepaland Central in Google's Local Pack.

Strategy

We focused on the Google Business Profile and the store's online presence:

• Correct crepe shop category and complete contact details on Maps
• Product photos, business hours and regular posts
• Optimization for local searches in Nicosia, in both Greek and English

Results

Crepaland Central appears in the Local Pack for the main crepe searches in Nicosia, in both Greek and English. In competitive searches with many active crepe shops, it consistently holds the #2 position on Google Maps.
